Payment Terms

Delivery of Goods

Goods shall be fully paid upon delivery thereof within 45-60 calendar days following the receipt of duly issued invoice and delivery note/bill of lading.

Services

Services/works shall be fully paid upon timely completion thereof within 60 (sixty) calendar days following execution by Shymkentcement JSC of corresponding acceptance certificate and based upon duly issued original invoice.

Currency of Payment

All payments to Kazakhstan resident companies shall be made only in Kazakhstan Tenge.
Russian Rubles, US Dollars and Euro shall be preferable for settlements with foreign companies.
