DESCRIPTION: This Portland cement type is cement with mineral additions. 

COMPOSITION: SPC 300 is manufactured by finish grinding Portland cement clinker of non-standard composition, blast-furnace slag (or phosphoric slag), and gypsum in accordance with GOST 10178-85.
